2nd Submit Proposal Letter

Our proposal for janitorial services was
submitted to you list date. Since we haven't heard from you, we wanted to be sure that it was brought to your
attention. We are enclosing a copy of our original
proposal for your review.
As you will note, the price quoted is good for 30 days
following the submission of our bid. Therefore, we thought
it would be wise to check with you at this time to see if
you are interested in having us as your janitorial service.
